1. Who are we?

DogResults.eu is a hobby project for tracking show results of pedigree dogs. The application is maintained by the owner of dogresults.eu.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect the data you enter yourself:

• Account details: email address and password (stored encrypted)
• Profile details: first and last name (optional)
• Dog details: call name, registered name, breed, sex, date of birth, chip number, pedigree number
• Result data: show entries, qualifications, awards, titles, judgment reports

3. What do we use your data for?

Your data is used exclusively to provide the service: storing and displaying your dog results. We do not share your data with third parties and do not use it for marketing purposes.

4. Hosting and security

The application is self-hosted on a server in the European Union. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. No third-party cookies are placed.

5. Analytics

Voor inzicht in welke pagina's worden bezocht gebruiken wij Umami, een zelf-gehoste, privacy-vriendelijke analytics-tool. Umami plaatst geen cookies en verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens — alleen geanonimiseerde statistieken (paginabezoeken, verwijzende sites, browsertype). Er worden geen gegevens gedeeld met Google, Facebook of andere derde partijen, en er zijn geen advertenties.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Have your account and all associated data deleted

Please contact the administrator via email for these requests.

7. Retention period

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. After deletion of your account, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
