Set and awarded by the breed club
Club-Kampioen is a breed-specific champion title. The breed clubs affiliated with the DKK decide when a dog earns it, and those conditions vary from one club to another.
Because the criteria are defined at club level, there is no single set of requirements that applies across all breeds. Check with the club responsible for your breed before assuming a result counts toward the title.
Recording the title with the DKK
The DKK does not administer or verify Club-Kampioen. It only lists the title on the dog result overview once it has been registered.
Registration is done manually on hundeweb.dk against a fee. The entry is recorded without validation by the DKK, so responsibility for meeting the club's criteria stays with the exhibitor and the breed club.
