  • • Voor herdersrassen (groep 1). Vereist FCI-HWT of vergelijkbare herdersproef + show-kwalificatie.

Earning the DKHHCH title

The title has two parts. A dog needs to complete an FCI-HWT herding working test or a comparable herding assessment, and it must also achieve a show qualification.

Both elements are required together. Passing only the herding test or only meeting the show qualification is not enough for the title.

The DKHHCH is only open to breeds in FCI group 1.

Confirmation through DKK

Eligibility for this title is confirmed manually by DKK. The requirements follow the DKK Show Regulations 2026, and the herding and show conditions are checked directly with DKK rather than assigned automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Which breeds can compete for the DKHHCH?

The title is limited to herding breeds in FCI group 1.

Is a herding test alone enough for the title?

No. Alongside an FCI-HWT or comparable herding assessment, the dog also needs a show qualification. DKK confirms that both conditions are met.
