Dutch Junior Champion
The Nederlands Jeugdkampioen (Dutch Junior Champion) title is awarded by the Raad van Beheer to dogs that win the Junior class at Dutch shows. It rewards results achieved during a limited window in a dog's early life, when it can still be entered in the Junior class.
To qualify, a dog needs three first placements with the qualification Excellent (Uitmuntend), earned in the Junior class at recognised Dutch events.

Earning the title
Three qualifying results are needed. Each one is a first place in the Junior class with the qualification Excellent, gained at a Dutch CAC show, a CACIB show or a championship club match (Kampioenschapsclubmatch).
The three results must be awarded by at least two different judges, so a dog cannot reach the title on the opinion of a single judge alone.
Age limits for the Junior class
A dog must be at least 9 months old on the day of the show and younger than 18 months. Results outside that age range do not count toward the title, which keeps all qualifying placements within the period a dog is eligible for the Junior class.
No Junior CAC
Winning the Junior class does not come with a Junior CAC; no such award exists. What counts for this title is the first place with Excellent, not a certificate. A single CAC is recorded automatically when the title is registered.
Registering the title
The title does not take effect on its own. Once the three qualifying results are in place, the title must be applied for so the Raad van Beheer can register it.
